How do I book a rental?
Open a listing, pick your dates on the calendar, review the price breakdown and pay securely online. Instant-book listings confirm immediately; others are confirmed by the host.
How do deposits work?
Where a deposit applies it's shown before you pay. The deposit is held by the host or, for some listings, by the platform, and returned after your stay per the cancellation policy.
Can I buy a property online?
No — sale listings are lead-generation. You send an enquiry and the agent or developer contacts you to arrange viewing and purchase offline.
What does it cost to list?
No listing or subscription fees. We take a 10% commission on confirmed bookings. See pricing.
How do reviews work?
Only guests who booked a listing can leave a review, one per stay.
