1. Agreement

By using RoomsAndHomes you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for activity under your account. Hosts, agents and developers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.

3. Bookings & payments

Rental bookings are contracts between guest and host. Payments are processed by our payment provider. A 10% platform commission applies to confirmed bookings.

4. Sale listings

Sale listings are lead-generation only. RoomsAndHomes is not party to any sale contract concluded offline.

5. Prohibited use

No unlawful, fraudulent or misleading listings; no misuse of other users' data.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, RoomsAndHomes is not liable for disputes between users.
